Justin holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Rutgers University and a Master’s degree
from Stevens Institute of Technology.

Justin left “Corporate America” in 2015 to join the family businesses in Group Benefits
(Lubenow Agency) and Medicare (Senior Advisors, LLC). Over the past ten years, Justin
has been very active in educating Medicare beneficiaries (650k+ views of YouTube
Educational videos, over 150 Medicare Workshops), and lobbying to protect benefits for
Medicare beneficiaries.

In 2016, Justin was selected to be a member Medicare Advisory Group of the National
Association of Benefits & Insurance Professionals (NABIP). At the NABIP Capitol
Conference in 2017, Justin presented on Paul Ryan’s Plans for Medicare (in “A Better
Way”) and had the opportunity to meet with the House Ways & Means Committee to
discuss key Medicare issues.

In 2019, Justin worked closely with CMS/HSS to identify and resolve key issues with the
launch of a new Medicare Plan Finder tool. This relationship continues today and allows
NABIP members to have a channel into CMS for technical issues.

In 2020, Justin hosted a Medicare panel in Washington D.C. with former
Congresswoman Allyson Schwartz, President/CEO of the Better Medicare Alliance. Justin
was also selected as the Vice-Chair of the Medicare Advisory Board of NABIP.

In 2021, Justin interviewed Congressman Joe Courtney (CT) regarding Courtney’s support
working to help us resolve the issue with hospital Observation Status and its impact on
Medicare beneficiaries. This interview was included in the 2021 Virtual NABIP Capital
Conference.

Justin is born and raised in NJ (but did live in Atlanta for 2 years). He currently resides in
Westfield, NJ with his wife and two children. He retired from soccer and basketball and now plays golf and paddle tennis :-).
